APC PowerChute vs. Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V

For everybody who are running Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V on APC UPS there are 2 solutions:

1. Buy licence of PowerChute Network Shutdown version 2.2.3 for Hyper-V (SEPCNSHV) or never.

2. Or save costs and install PowerChute Business Edition 8.0.0

Previous version (7.x.x) doesn't support Hyper-V, in following version 8.0.1 Hyper-V has been banned.

We are running this version for a few months and everything works fine.
